Leicester Tigers have been fined almost £310,000 for breaching salary cap regulations over four seasons, Premiership Rugby has announced.
Upon investigation, it was shown that the Tigers had not disclosed payments to players’ image rights companies.
These third-party payments triggered a salary-cap breach in each of the 2016-17 through 2019-20 seasons.
The club accepted the conclusions, so there will be no appeal.
