Zoe Ball, Kylie Minogue and Joel Dommett have pulled out of Friday’s Comic Relief after contracting Covid.
Ball, who was to be one of the presenters of the BBC One charity programme, said she would be “observe and support from bed” after testing positive.
Minogue told her followers he would not be able to take part in a planned skit with the cast of the BBC sitcom Ghosts.
It comes after co-host Dommett said he was “super upset” about contracting the virus ahead of Red Nose Day.
Dommett has been replaced by Vernon Kay, while Ball said Alesha Dixon would “work a double shift tonight” to replace her.
“I owe you my love” she told him on Twitter.
Sir Lenny Henry, David Tennant, AJ Odudu and Paddy McGuinness will be the other hosts on the show starting at 19:00 GMT.
The show will be broadcast from the BBC studios in Salford for the first time, with other highlights including Dawn French and Jennifer Saunders visiting The Repair Shop, and Matt Lucas and David Walliams reliving their Rock Profiles sketches.
