Ukrainian Yarmolenko scores winner as West Ham reach Europa League quarter-finals

Ukraine’s Andriy Yarmolenko scored the winner for West Ham as they beat Sevilla to reach the Europa League quarter-finals on an emotional night.

Yarmolenko scored in the 112th minute after Pablo Fornals’ shot was deflected by goalkeeper Yassine Bounou.

Sevilla, second in LaLiga, won the first leg 1-0 in Spain, but the Hammers leveled with a header from Tomas Soucek after a fine cross from Michail Antonio.

Substitute Yarmolenko scored in extra time to delight home fans.
